What to know
The Nautilus SnugLock Grow is a 3-in-1 forward-facing harness booster that converts to highback and backless booster modes. Its manual says to stop using it and throw it away 10 years after the date of manufacture. Unlike most Graco seats, the date of manufacture label is on the bottom of the seat, not the back.
The date of manufacture is on the seat itself. The date of manufacture is printed on a white label on the seat, typically on the back or bottom of the plastic shell (on infant seats, check the underside of the carrier and the base). The label shows the model number, serial number, and date of manufacture; most Graco seats do not print the expiration date itself.
Safety note: SeatCheck summarizes manufacturer and NHTSA guidance, but the label on your own seat and its manual are the final word. When in doubt, contact the manufacturer with your model and serial number.
